Ils sont d'abord venus une première fois visiter le fablab, voir l'imprimante 3D et la découpe laser. Ils se sont ensuite mis à dessiner des idées de grilles qu'ils souhaitaient réaliser. Avant de se retrouver la semaine suivante pour commencer le cours de 3D ils ont pris les mesures de leurs haut parleur et se sont créé un compte Onshape-education. Nous avons donc passer deux séances d'1h30 à modéliser les grilles pour arriver au résultat présenté ci-dessous.

  • Purificateur d'air anti-Covid  + (En cette époque de Covid 19, je crois qu’oEn cette époque de Covid 19, je crois qu’on a tous recherché des idées « à portée de bricoleur » pour réduire le risque de contagion. Pour ma part, pensant aux futures fêtes de fin d’année qui auront lieu en milieu fermé, j’ai pensé à un système de désinfection de l’air pour inactiver les virus qui pourraient se trouver dans les aérosols (gouttelettes très fines en suspension dans l'air) produits par une éventuelle personne contaminée. Si on ne fait rien, ces aérosols seront respirés pendant des heures par les autres convives qui seront probablement contaminés. Le plus simple bien sûr est d’aérer abondamment la salle plusieurs fois par heure…si on ne craint pas le froid de l’hiver… Ou alors on peut utiliser le système de désinfection que je propose. La photo de ce qui ressemble à une cheminée d’usine en suggère le principe : L’air est aspiré près du plafond par le long tube vertical puis il est fortement irradié par des UV C (254 nm) dans une boîte à lumière et finalement soufflé, totalement désinfecté, au travers des fentes de sortie proches du sol. Le débit de chaque tube est de 300 m3/H, ce qui permet de traiter le volume d’une pièce de 75 m3 en 15 minutes (ce point sera détaillé plus bas car c’est un peu plus subtil…). Nota : L’irradiation se passe en milieu fermé tout simplement parce que les UV C sont dangereux pour la peau et les yeux des personnes présentes dans la salle. Donc, seul l’air est traité en milieu fermé, négligeant les postillons et les surfaces contaminées.
