Kroger 50-fuel-points survey
United States
About me
Kroger Feedback is a customer engagement initiative launched by Kroger.Co, a leading supermarket chain founded on September 1, 1883, by Bernard Kroger in Seattle, Washington, USA. Kroger stores implement various methods, such as surveys and in-store feedback kiosks to collect response, input, comments, critique, appraisal, opinion, reactions from many customers to better understand their shopping experiences, convenience of product selection, in-store experience , food quality, store staff behaviour etc. The Kroger survey takes just 5 minutes for participants to complete it online, so it is recommended for every customer to participate and voice their honest opinion. By addressing concerns raised in surveys, Kroger can make customer shopping experience better, as participant feedback helps keep existing customers and may attract new customers to their retail grocery stores. Once you submit your feedback in the www.kroger.com/feedback survey, you will get 50 free points as a reward. Additionally, incentives are given by most of the retail stores as bonus which could be great advantages to regular shoppers. By Sharing customer feedback, you may also enter into monthly sweepstakes contests, as lucky winners get a chance to win Kroger gift cards from random drawing, making customers get more benefitted as a lottery winners.
