gather trash around remains of training soft materials

Étape 2 - select trash

sorting between hard and soft trash

Étape 3 - rolling

roll soft trash together in a ball shape

Étape 4 - masking

use the masking tape to keep the ball in shape
roll the masking tape around the ball to make it firm

Étape 5 - Ready

the ball is ready for use,
