Introduction

Ce tutoriel va vous présenter étape par étape un projet réalisé dans le cadre scolaire par deux élèves d'ITEC et un de SIN pour le grand oral de BAC STI2D

Étape 1 - planification du projet

Afin de respecter le nombre d'heures mises à notre disposition nous avons planifié les étapes du projet et nous nous sommes reparti les tâches à réaliser (1er image). Nous avons donc réalisé un diagramme de Gantt sur le logiciel MindView sur lequel nous pouvons voir le chemin critique en rouge (2eme image)



Étape 2 - code Arduino

Pour la réalisation du code Arduino nous avons d'abord réalisé un algorigramme (1er image) pour schématiser le programme à faire. Nous avons ensuite pu entamer le code à l'aide des exemples de code et des bibliothèques donnés par les fabricants des composants que nous avons modifié afin de réaliser le programme souhaité. Sur l'image 2 et 3 vous pouvez voir le code effectué et commenté.


Étape 3 - modélisation 3D des pièces

Nous avons d'abord commencé par faire des schémas et des plans (1er image et 2eme image) pour notre projet, ensuite nous avons pu commencer à créer les pièces dont nous avions besoin comme des roues (3eme image) pour les moteurs auxquelles nous avons ajouté des pneus en caoutchouc LEGO. Nous avons ensuite fait le canon (4eme image) et la vis sans fin.

Pour le prototype nous avons finalement utilisé un tuyaux en PVC pour le canon, que nous avons coupé et limé pour que les roues passent, la vis sans fin à aussi été réalisée avec un tuyau en pvc et du carton collé dessus (2eme image) , et il y a des servos moteur pour permettre d'orienter le système.
