- Tasseau n°1 de la largeur de la plaque
- Tasseau n°2 de 10 cm de long
- Tasseaux n°3 et 4 de 4cm de long
Déposer un échantillon sur la lame, puis poser le porte-lame sur le support constitué par les deux petits tasseaux. Poser la caméra du smartphone bien en face de la lentille : la mise au point s’effectue en serrant ou desserrant l’écrou. Vous pouvez déplacer la lame latéralement grâce au porte-lame.
