  • 3 m² de tissu maille 900µ ou 500µ
  • 1m² de toile de spi ou autre tissu pour les galons de protections

Assemblage :

  • 4m de cordage 3 ou 4mm pour transfiler les filets sur l'armature
  • Un flotteur (type bouée filet) avec 3 m de bout
  • Un poids de 1,5 kg pour lesté l'armature (plombs de plongée)

Collecteur :

  • 1 tube en T PVC de diamètre 80mm
  • 1 réducteur 80mm >> 50mm
  • 1 vannes 50mm
  • 1 bouchon 80mm
  • Un carré de tissu maille 900µ 10cmx10cm
  • Colle PVC

Outils

  • Poste à souder l'inox
  • Meuleuse et scie à métaux
  • Machine à coudre ( aiguilles + épingle + fil nylon )
  • Pince à oeillets

Étape 1 - Fabrication de l'armature

Découper dans les barres d'inox :

  • 2 tiges inox 8mm de 94,25 cm pour les ronds
  • 2 tiges inox 8mm de 20cm pour les renforts centraux
  • 2 tiges inox 8mm de 5cm pour les renforts centraux

1 - Pour réaliser les ronds, tordre la tige en la coinçant entre 2 tubes métalliques pris dans un étau. Souder les extrémités pour fermer les cercles

2 - Souder les éléments de renforts centraux.

3 - Souder les 2 cercles aux éléments centraux.


Étape 2 - Découpe du tissu

Patron pour le cône tronqué (partie inférieure):

  • Dimensions du cône tronqué :
    • Apothème : 120cm
    • Arc cercle intérieur : 32cm
    • Arc cercle extérieur : 98cm
  • Reporter les dimension du cône tronqué sur du carton et découper le carton

Découpe du tissu :

  • Reporter le patron du cône tronqué sur le tissu et découper les différentes parties
  • Découper le tube (partie supérieure) en forme de rectangle dans le tissus de dimensions 60cm x 100cm

Étape 3 - Couture des filets

Préparation des galons de protection :

  • Des galons sont découpés sur des vieux spi pour renforcer les bords des tissus. Ils sont ensuite cousus sur les bords pour ne pas qu'ils s’effilochent

Dimension des galons  :

  • 1 Galon vertical (couture sur toute la hauteur du filet) : 180cm x 5cm
  • 2 Galon supérieur (proche de l'arceau) : 98cm x 10cm
  • 4 Galons intermédiaire(pour relier le cône tronqué au rectangle) :98cm x 5cm
  • 1 Galon inférieur pour relier au collecteur de 38cm x 38cm

Jonction des filets :

  1. Coudre le cône avec le rectangle (superposition de 5cm)
  2. Coudre 1 galon de renfort sur la jonction intérieure et 1 autre à l'extérieur.
  3. Coudre le galon supérieur a cheval sur la partie supérieure
  4. Coudre le galon inférieur a cheval sur le bas du cône tronqué.
  5. Coudre la jonction verticale et ajouter le galon vertical de renfort.

Étape 4 - Fabrication des collecteurs

  • Couper 2 morceaux de 50mm de long dans le tube PVC de 32 mm de diamètr
  • 1 - Coller ces 2 morceaux aux bagues intérieures de chaque côtés de la vanne
  • 2 - Coller le réducteur 32mm//80mm avec la sortie supérieure de la vanne
  • 3 - Coller le manchon de longueur 95mm à la sortie 80mm du réducteur




Étape 5 - Assemblage des filets sur l'armature

  • Mettre un oeillet tous les 10cm sur sur le bord supérieur
  • Transfiler les 2 filets sur l'armature en passant par les oeillets avec 2 garcettes 3 ou 4mm de 2m de longueur
  • Fixer le poids de 1,5kg à l'armature (plomb de plongée)
