Étape 1 - Comprobación del Voltaje
Componentes:
- Fuente de alimentación
Montaje:
- Comprobamos que el voltaje de la fuente esté ajustado a 220V. Sólo tenemos que comprobar que el interruptor señalado marque 220V y no 110V.
Étape 2 - Identificación de las fases del cable de alimentación
Componentes:
- Cable de alimentación
Montaje:
- Cortamos el extremo del cable con conector, ya que no lo usaremos.
- Abrimos el extremo cortado del cable y pelamos los tres hilos.
- Tenemos que identificar cual es cada uno: Fase, neutro y tierra. Encendemos el multímetro en la posición de Continuidad.
- En las franjas metálicas del conector (identificado como 1 en la imagen) encontramos la Tierra, y los puntos 2 y 3 son la fase y el neutro indistintamente.
- Tocamos con un terminal del multímetro a una de las franjas metálicas (1) y con el otro terminal vamos tocando cada uno de los tres hilos hasta identificar el que corresponde a la tierra (cambiará la información mostrada en la pantalla).
Étape 3 - Calibración Voltaje de Salida de la Fuente a 12V
Componentes:
- Cable de alimentación
- Fuente de alimentación
Montaje:
- Conectamos el cable de alimentación en la fuente según lo indicado en la misma. La conexión de la alimentación se encuentra en los tres conectores de la derecha. En el siguiente orden: Tierra (1), Fase (2) y Neutro (3).
- Conectamos el multímetro. Un conector en el voltaje positivo(V+) y otro en el negativo (V-) y ajustamos el multímetro para medir Voltaje en Corriente Continua.
- Encendemos la fuente de alimentación y comprobamos el voltaje.
- Si no es correcto, apagamos y ajustamos el voltaje con el potenciómetro (4).
- Volvemos a encender y comprobamos el voltaje. De nuevo, si no es correcto, apagamos y ajustamos hasta conseguir el voltaje deseado (12V).
Étape 4 - Preparación cableado
Componentes:
- Cable bipolar 1mm² de sección
- Cable bipolar 0.5mm² de sección
- 6x Terminales
Montaje:
- Soldaremos dos terminales a cada extremo de cable bipolar (con la longitud suficiente para que alcance desde la fuente a la electrónica).
Vamos a utilizar tres líneas, que serán para la cama caliente y para la electrónica. Y una tercera opcional para los ventiladores de la electrónica y el hotend.
Étape 5 - Preparación Interruptor
Componentes:
- Interruptor
- Cable bipolar 1mm² de sección
- 3x Terminales
Montaje:
- Soldamos el cableado de la siguiente manera: el cable de tierra (1) conecta directamente con la fuente y los cables de fase y neutro (2 y 3) van conectados a través del interruptor, al que tendremos que añadirle un tramo de cable para conectarlo a la fuente.
- Soldaremos un terminal a cada uno de los extremos.
Étape 6 - Colocación de la protección a la fuente
Componentes:
- Conjunto del paso anterior
- Fuente de alimentación
- Las tres líneas de cable bipolar preparadas con sus terminales
- 2 Tornillos M4x6
- 2 Arandealas M4
Montaje:
- Introducimos las tres líneas por uno de los laterales de la pieza impresa.
- Conectamos los cables según el esquema.
- Introducimos la fuente en la pieza impresa con cuidado.
- Una vez colocada en su posición, introducimos los dos tornillos que fijarán la fuente a la peiza imrpesa (con una arandela entre la pieza impresa y el tornillo).
Étape 7 - Colocación de la fuente a la estructura
Componentes:
- Estructura tras Tutorial 4
- Fuente de alimentación con protección
- 2 Tornillos M4x6
Montaje:
- Atornillamos los tornillos a la estructura y a la fuente, de manera que quede fija y estable.
