Étape 1 - Construction de l'aile

Découpe du dépron épaisseur 6mm

  • _

Renforts intérieurs de l'aile

  • Découpe et collage des 2 renforts intérieurs (cf plan 2D et photo)
  • Positionner les renforts avec la baguette de balsa (15*10) pour vérifier l'ajustement
  • Biseautage dans la partie A (intrados) du bord de fuite qui sera au contact de la partie C (volets)
  • Coller les renforts sur la partie A.


Étape 2 - Pliage de l'aile et préparation des volets

Pliage

  • Se munir de 2 grandes règles pour le pliage (ici plaque de CP et baguette)
  • Marquer le pli du bord d'attaque (passer 2 fois) avec un embout arrondi
  • Bloquer la partie A avec une règle et des serres joints
  • Ramener doucement la partie B avec l'autre règle le long du pli du bord d'attaque en 2 temps. 1er temps à 90°, on relache. 2ème temps jusq'au niveau des renforts et on relache. Cela permet de garder l'intrados plat, conforme au profil souhaité (ici N-10).
